Location: Coimbatore, India
In this role, you will work closely with clients on developing business requirement documents along with the technical and QA teams to facilitate successful software implementations that meet internal and external deliverables. You need to work well with diverse teams and have strong communication skills in a challenging and fast-moving environment. Active contribution to technical documentation, project management skills and pride in your work are required. As a Project Manager you will be responsible for:
- Management of SW projects covering design, development and maintenance of 365 Media product lines and C#.NET components and all SDLC activities leading to delivery and deployment
- Project estimation, planning, scheduling and monitoring
- Tracking, monitoring and reporting of on-going projects, communicate major milestones, priorities, bottlenecks and problems that may affect successful delivery
- Participates in client support and troubleshooting issues
- Own project and release schedules, managing projects to successful completion
- Resource planning and recruitment
The ideal candidate should have:
- 6+ years in development/implementation of SW projects / products, of which at least 2 years should be in PM role
- 2+ years recent experience in .NET projects, SQL Server databases, schema design, C# .NET and object oriented programming
- Solid working knowledge and hands on experience in the .NET development and use of MS Project tool
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or related technical field

Senior Software Engineer (IND-SSE)
Location: Coimbatore, India
In this role, you will help implement client solutions and shape our latest product offerings. You need to be well versed in software design and development using Microsoft products but interested in learning and developing with open source tools. This is a challenging and fast-moving environment where your dedication to quality is a key to success. Attention to detail, strong time management skills and pride in your work are required. As a Senior Software Engineer you will:
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to database and engineering staff across the entire range of technical areas
- Perform some pre-sales engineer guidance on technical issues
- Lead requirements analysis and technical design
- Responsible for code reviews and overall conformance to coding standards/guidelines
- Assist with performing builds and pushing code to staging and production environments

Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for testing components, modules and projects for completeness and quality
- Responsible for recording and tracking anomalies in the defect tracking system
- Working with developers for clarity on fixes and following up where bugs were identified
- Design, author, maintain and document manual and automated test cases
- Write test plans and other test documentation as necessary
