| Customers of the 365 Media Inc use the services to host data and information ("Data"). 365 Media Inc provides a Master License Agreement as well as a Service Level Agreement to each of its customers. 365 Media Inc will not review, share, distribute, print, or reference any such Data except as provided in the Master License Agreement, or as may be required by law. Individual records may at times be viewed or accessed only for the purpose of resolving a problem, support issue, or suspected violation of the Master License Agreement, or as may be required by law. Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their own username and password. |
